Yes. We hire licensed agents only. If you are mid licensing, finish strong and reach out the week you pass.
Buyer and seller leads, routed to you. Zillow is part of the pipeline, not the whole pipeline. The team generates seller and buyer opportunities beyond the portals, and active agents get fed.
Weekly team training and sales training, Tom Ferry programs, biweekly one on ones with leadership, call nights, accountability calls, and team bonding that actually happens.
No monthly fees. The full structure, splits included, goes in front of you in writing before you are asked to decide.
Home base is the Hollywood Hills office. We run in office and hybrid. Fully remote is not what this team is built around.
